Sorry you lost your dad Motown.
Nice post Rick. I take a medication for heart fibrillation that started 3 years ago. Both of my parents had it so I knew there was a good chance I might start having it as I got older. Though I need more excercise, I'm in pretty good shape. Heart rate always runs 46-48 and blood pressure is good. I need to lift weights, eat more and gain weight.........6'0" and 156. I've never weighed more than 160.

Two comments.First to Motown,I am very sorry for your loss! I lost my father passed away in February and while it was not totally unexpected,it hit me pretty hard.

Well I said I was adding 5 minutes a day to the treadmil. I got stuck on 30 minutes but I do a 30 minute session twice a day. That's pretty much what I was trying to achive,an hour,isn't it ?.
