This kind of reminds me of my recent experience at the local plumbing supply. The guys behind the counter know zero about plumbing. I had to explain to one of the guys the nomenclator of pipe fittings just so I could get out of there with my order in a reasonable time. It was ridiculous.

It's hard to find good help.

Most of the time when I go into a "big box store" it becomes painfully obvious very quickly that the person behind the counter does not know a thing about the product they are trying to push on me. I admit I still use them to pick up little stuff, but for my big purchases and services I don't feel comfortable doing my selfI go tomy local Pro Shops.
