Default Blazer placement

I've never shot a 2" vane. A pack of blazers just arrived at my house.

This is my questions:

How far do you start your blazers from the back of your arrow???

Do you split the difference from where a 4" vane would sit? or do you want the to sit forward or back more???

Thanks in advance

The closer to the nock you put them the better steering/stabilizing they will give the arrow.

I keep the back of my blazers just where I would have the back of 4" vanes.

I set all of my feathers or vanes 1 1/4" from the throat of the nock to the back edge of the fletching.
