Sadly, no! I was kind of secretly hoping that they would lose them in shipping actually. My wife got a new pair of Vortex Diamondback binos and they are awesome. It would have given me an excuse to get some as well!

I will call them today and then let you guys know what comes of it.

Mistakes happen. Just give them a call an explain everything to them. It still not satisfied then start climbing the ladder

I have the same binos, daughter banged them on the concrete. Cabela's exchanged them with a new pair (and I told them the truth about what happened). That's why I do a lot of shopping there.

Nikon sport optic and Nikon cameras are two totally seperate divisions- I wouldn't hesitate calling them in a heartbeat- and tell them they were never fixed the first time they were sent in- I had the same thing happen and they took care of everything- good luck.
