Not positive but I think you need the regular non-res tag before you can buy those doe permits.

NO GO ON THE LANDOWNERS PERMITS!! UNLESS YOU WANT THE CONS. POLICE KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR.
Yea after thinking that for a while a figured it was like our bonus tag.

NO, the ONLY person who can use a Landowner Tag in Illinois is THE Landowner himself. It's illegal to even have a tag belonging to someone else on you during the course of the season. What he suggested is VERY unlawful here!
