I really don't see all the TERRIBLE service you folks are talking about and then wanting to take your toys and go home. It was obviously a difference of opinion on what was considered a NEW BOW. They bow was new. Yes it had been shot a few times. They all are shot a few times at the factory too... so I guess NONE of them are new. Terrible service???? They offered to get him a new one out of the box on the next shipment. Where's the terrible service? He can drive further and end up with the same deal unless he calls and specifies I won't come unless you can guarantee me the bow I look athasn't ever been shot. Some of you are willing to cut off your nose to spite your face. Terrible service? They allow customers to come in, set up a bow for them and let them shoot it...and another...and another... and another. It sounds to me like they're trying to do it right. Now that you have given them your definition of NEW... I think you can work with that.
