Um. I would say put them in the oven for a lil' while. That should get them almost hot enough to reactivate that carbon that is ALREADY full from the arrow hanging on the store shelf and absorbing every little particle it comes in counter with. Make sure you do this after removing your Blazers....Don't want to melt them.

I know it works.. b/c my brother's bestfriend's, girlfriend's, aunt's, cousin's, old highschool PE teacher told me.
NO NO NO! That is chemical absorption or adsorption one or the other! Duh. [:-]

Spray them with carbon blast, had the same problemseveral years back. Have not had a deer duck my arrow since.

You did it wrong. Did you skip the thoroughclean washing with Scent Away in the shower? Probably. Cant let the old contaminated carbon build up. That is a critical step. I credit my last two kills on this very thing. Direclty down wind and he never flinched until the impact.SCHWACK! 40 yds.He got a little dizzy, did the Elvis with his rump and fell over. I am telling you he never smelled it.

Ya know.... If your rig shoots at half the speed of smell, you've got more problems than activated carbon can fix.[8D]
