To find your draw weight get someone to measure your armspan out by your side straight out and then divide that number by 2.5 and that will be your draw lenght. Draw weight is the amount you can pull and hold back confornablely, hope this helps!!!!!!!!! Good Shooting

my suggestion to you would be to go with the parker buck hunter they are adjustable from 26 to 30 inches and from 50 to 60 pounds and it is one of the best bows ive ever had
