FYI....i have emailed everyone that seems to be anyone that was listed on their web site. i hope they will take the opportunity to reply to this thread to see what an unprofessional image they have seemed to have created through their phone solicitation. chances are that their telemarketing is done by an outside contracted company that could care less about the buckmasters enterprise. lets see if they reply.

JoshKeller,
David's hail Mary shot on that Missouri buck is also in Missouri Game & Fish magazine. There he said he practiced 100 yard shots all the time and knew just where to aim. Huh? A 75 yard shot at an already spooked buck. He doesn't mention using a rangefinder so he was also guessing at the range.
One of the worst examples I've read about someone so hung up on taking a buck that they would do anything to get the buck.
Tony Kalna wrote the article on this hail Mary bowshot for the 'Missouri Game & Fish' magazine. Tony's email is [email protected] if you want to express your disgust at the article glamorizing this guy. All the work by bowhunting education and teachers to take ethical shots within our capabilities is undone by articles like this.
As far as Buckmasters, run, run very fast away from these hucksters.

Our typical delivery time is running 4 weeks. If you pay with a credit card we will typically have it to you in 2 weeks. There are many things here that just are not true or are just bad feelings. The video series is simply an opt out deal. If you are not happy at any time with series sipmly return the video in the pre-paid package, these are videos that many people have enjoyed.
Customer Service is 1-800-240-3337. We have 5 agents working 8-5 Central, Monday - Friday.
Last year we feed over 1,000,000 people with project venison and had 100 disabled and terminally ill children in the woods. When there are 350,000 yearly members there are bound to be a few mistakes but I take pride in the fact; We work hard to correct problems we are made aware of!

Rick, Do you send the video's to only people that ask to be in the program? I can't find anywhere on your membership page where it's mentioned.
Why should anyone have to return something they didn't order?
Oh, that's right they don't have to return it. By law if you recive something like this you can keep it, free of charge.
I won't comment on Jackie because I don't know him personally.
As far as the venison donation program and helping disabled hunters those a great things, but don't your members donate the venison and pay for the processing themselves?

They have these dopey tele-marketers who all try to sound like Jackie and talk to you like you are their long lost brother. I have asked them three times to PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST! They still call every year or so. Maybe they don't understand they are violating federal law by calling after being told not to.

I just got a reply to my e-mail telling me they would cancel my membership, anyone who has the same problem that I did, e-mail the customer service at [email protected]. Hopefully this is the end of it.
