How the heck....???

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but how the heck do you guys get pictures small enough to be included in a post? On my camera's smallest setting (eBay, only136 kb) they are still too large.

go to Paint .... Stretch/Skew .... change both percentages .... save .... check properties and do it again if you need to untill you get the magic "100k" you need

I have Zoombrowser EX and I use it to resize photos. I beat my head on a brickwall for months before I figured it out. Now I want to know how these guys post multiple pics in one post.

Thanks for the reply and excuse my ignorance...which do you use sketch or skew or both? Which numbers would you typically try? Tried both and the image diappears and a little pencil comes up on a white screen.
Thanks!
