Just the other day i decided to start fletching my own arrows, i ordered a fletching jig and vanes and I had already had some gold tip arrows with vanes already installed so i just cut them off and put my new ones on, but after i got done i went to shoot them and the vanes keep on coming un done from my shaft. Is there any thing i can do to prevent this???

Let the glue dry, perhaps?

Did you get the arrows really clean. I clean mine with alchohol before I fletch. Make sure the bases of the vanes are in good contact with the arrows. What kind of glue did you use? I haven't had one problem since I started fletching my own. Even had a couple of arrows pass thru on my shot up 3D deer. Blazers are as good as new.

Get some Goat Tuffand your vanes wont fly offI have never had any luck the Fletch Tite on vanes but it does work ok for feathers.
