It's a simple yes or no. Black or white.
After a little debateand education by land-owners[&o], I have to say that now my answer would be a flat no. (Would that be black or white?)

One question.... if it's only 10 - 20 yards across the line, would using a grappling hook be be illegal?

The hard part about this question is......it forces you to make a decision. There is NO grey area. If you cross that line.....you've broken the law.

Would you cross that line? It's that simple.

Who are we kidding here? Y'all can sit around and b.s. everyone allya like - all I know is when the rubber meets the road - 95% of us are crossing the fence, grabbing our deer, and going home.

Seriously, I'm stupid, but I'm not that stupid.

This'll be my first year bowhunting. I was already nervous about tracking my first bow-shot deer 'cause I'm colorblind. This type of stuff is going to give me a complex.

I'm not judging anyone. I asked a simple question. How everyone answers matters not, to me.

A law like that, if it were that cut and dried, demands civil disobedience. However, in most states with similar laws you can contact a game warden and they will accompany you to collect the animal.
