What's the biggest......
What is the biggest buck you have legitimately passed on? I'm not asking the biggest buck that you didn't get a shot at but the biggest buck that you gave a free pass to.

Several years ago, I passed on a nice non-typical in bowseason, only because there was a bigger typical behind him, which I thought was also going to present me with a shot. But the typical didn't end of presenting a shot, so I came hold empty handed that night. Luckily 3 weeks later, he gave me another chance and I was able to take him. If he wasn't so broken up, he would have been a good 160 class bucksporting a4" split droptine.
It was one of thosesplit second desicionswhere you either go for it all or for none. But in the end everything worked out.

I passed 6 in the 140 range last season. Then on the last day of the season I shoot a one antlered pig to to get some points for the contest. Never again. If he isn't in the 150's he walks.

like an ididot, i passed on a 120's buck which woulda been my first because of you guys! I figured, heck there'll be another one come soon enough, it always happens to the guys on HNI, one ended up coming in shotgun season and i missed him!
