I passed on a buck that went 164 3/8 two years ago. I know the score cause my friend dropped it the next week.

But I've passed on several that would have gone low 170's non-typical.

I am talking mulies here, not white-tails.

Ive passed several deer in the 140 inch range. I usualy wont even pick my bow up unless they are at least in the 150's, after the rut its a diffenent story though. I hunt west central Illinois so needless to say there are plenty of big bucks around.
