VA turkey season opened April 7th(youth hunt) and April 14th regular Spring Gobbler. Finally on Thursday, April 26 I will get to make my first outing, I feel like a kid waiting on Christmas. My dad and one of my buddies have been going everey Saturday but they haven't had any luck yet, they will be there this Saturday as well, so I am making a "mid week sneak"trip so I can catch the birds off guard(I thinkI might be a selfish hunter) and get the jump on the weekend warriors(pops and jimmy).

Sorry about the pics, I'm not on my home computer and only have one site I can resize from on this computer and they always turn out huge.

I live in Southeast VA in the Chesapeake area but I hunt in (VA) Dinwiddie, Accomack, Chesapeake, Lynchburg and in (NC) Gates County,
Pasquotank(sp?),Camden, and Currituck.
