i shot carbon last year for the first time all season and hated them. i think it was because they were cheap carbons called "Carbon Storm" couldnt get the dang things to shoot consistant noticableincrease in speed tho.
i shoot my alums better than ill ever shoot those....i just cant see myself paying $10+ an arrow for decent carbons
the only disadvatagethe Superslams have vs Carbon(in my eyes)would be the heavier weight wich isnt a disadvatage depending on how you see things .

You cant compare all carbon arrows to a set of crappy cheap ones that you bought.
Just bought a 12 pack of cx maxima 350 love the shaft protectors on the ned save me some money.
