ORIGINAL: turtleshell

You pay that price, they never bend. They will outlast aluminums by a long shot. To me that makes them worth it. JMO
i had my last dozen aluminums for 5 years and they were gamegetters i still had 9 perfect arrows when i switched to carbons(aluminums are plenty durable as long as your not shooting at a Hedge Tree or an engine block)....i switched arrows becausebecause i strartedshooting alot again and went from 50lbsto 60 pounds and alot higher performaance newer/faster bowso i needed a stiffer arrow and thought id see what carbons were all about....honestly i didnt really like them compared to aluminium maybee im stubborn maybee i like what im used to.

your right they dont bend...but as seen in the pic they break...ouch
