Rage: 2 or 3 Blade
This coming year I was going to switch to mechanical broadheads. I have heard good things about the Rage broadheads. I was wondering if you guys have tried them and which one you like best. Should I get the 2 blade which have 2" cutting diameter or 3 blade with 1.5" cutting diameter? Also, do they really fly just like practice tips? Thanks.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!!!! Go for the two blade, it's insanely devastating.....one of the best broadheads I've ever shot. I'm not a fan of mechanicals at all but this broadhead is probably the best I've ever shot besides the G5 Montec....GO FOR THE 2 You'll be happy!

Like everyone else said, i would go with the two blade as well. They penetrate better and have a larger cutting diameter. Ive never shot these but ive heard really good things about them

Add my name to the list of those in 100% agreement. I just got some Rage broadheads, and the two blade flies exactly like field points in all of my bows. I may still use the G5 Montec for elk, but the Rage should be "the one" for deer and antelope this year.
One thing that has been rolling around in my head about the two blade, though: I'm visualizing the head entering the ribs of a big game animal exactly perpendicular to the ribs. The gap between the ribs in quite a bit less than 2". Are the blades going to have enough umph to actually cut through the ribs on the way in? Or is this scenario going to damage the blades and/or slow the arrow down a bunch?
