well i never used a hunting guied but went with an outfitter to fish cananda

I've been on 2, and I'm booked on another.

I hunted chukkar and pheasants in Nebraska at Bunker hill in '04 (or '05). I shot 27 birds in 2 days ......and the accommodations were OUTSTANDING. I also had the priviledge of hunting over two world champion bird dogs. It could NOT have been "better".

I also hunted pheasants in VA with a good friend at Primland. We shot 19 birds in our one day hunt.....and saw a LOT of game, there.

I'm booked to go to KS with Rob/PA...Q2inwhitetails (Kurt).....tkycaller (Denny) and others in '08 (turkey hunting). I can't wait.

I've never had a bad experience with an outfitter......though I do it, sparingly.

Does that mean that weight gain is open territory. LOL...

David, you'd be surprised to learn that I weigh less in the last two pics (today) then I did from those years ago in the other pics. I just wear it on my chest, shoulders and arms now.

All i can say is do your research and talk to people that have done his hunt. My girlriends dad amd his buddies booked a trip to Alaska in the bush a guy brought them out in a plane set them tahier supoesdley went back to get supplies and never showed up again leaving them in the bush.
