Default Ok......Found the right broadhead....

Here's a bit of nostaligia for ya'll......Gold Tip Gladiators. Ever hear of them? The one and only turkey I've killed w/ archery tackle was taken w/ one of these heads, and I haven't seen them anywhere since.....Until now....I found them at Mountain Archery for just shy of $7.00/3 pack...So I ordered 2...They will work perfectly out of mesh...

Anybody else ever use these?

Never used 'em, but I remember clearly when they were being promoted heavily... Didn't even realize they were no longer around until your post.

Great price on the things! Good heads up Mobo. I think I may have to pick up a few at that price!

Oh yes, they'll work.....What sounds iffy about them? They are pretty stiff to open, the net won't be enough to deploy them.

The part that soundy iffy was them just being mechanical and the mesh possibly opening them but if you say thay are stiff to open that is pretty neat I just recently bought a blind with shoot through mesh and I want to shoot deer out of it but I figure I would have to go back to fixed blade broadheads and I am happy with expandibles.

I use them for turkeys and they work like magic!
they are EXTREMELY tough, my cousin shot one straight into a tree and it was still good as new once we dug it out!
I highly recommend them and they are even better for the price!

I've killed several whitetails with them in years past;still have several and may use them on gobblers this season.
