Well I dont have my hunting bow yet, its going to be a Ross Cardiac. Im expecting arrow speed to be around 305 with a 360 or 365 grain arrow. My Ross CR331 is shooting a 360 grain arrow at 293.

my guardian is shooting 273 fps with a 28" DL.
You must really be pushing the limits on arrow weight.

My allegiance last year was shooting a 360 grain arrow at about 310-312 with a 29 inch draw.

2006 Darton Maverick Extreme 29 1/2 dl212 limb deflection and high buttons reached 91 lbs shot a acc 375 gr arrow at 342fps

Shot the bow twice just to see what it would do then cranked it back down to 76lbs and a ice pack for my arms

I'm shooting 274 with my Commander at 32" and 63 pounds. My shoulder has really been bothering me, so I've had to back down quite a bit on weight, but still plenty fast. If I go back up to 70# I'll be around 290, but that probably won't happen without some surgical intervention.
