I guess I'm a little slower than most, I shot a whopping 175-180 ft/ sec from my long bow
but I was taught on a diffrent site to shot your bow through aDEER and screw the chronograph

I agree. Although sometimes its cool to see how fast the arrow is going, i believe its highly overrated.

roughly 260fps with a 28" 67lb draw and 370ish grain arrow. ill be between 220-240 next year with heavier arrows...probably 230-240. new string and maxing out the draw should gimme 10 or so fps..but my new arrow is gunna be between 450-500grs
