That would probably be a good evening stand. If your wanting a good morning spot, i would get back in the timber a little ways toward the bedding area and catch them on their way back...

I don't know about you guys.......but I don't get to hunt fields very often. When I do, though.......I LOVE me an inside corner. That spot looks GREAT for an evening hunt!

Thinking on this, you're worrying about something that is a once in a while deal and then it's not in the greatest location. If that's a road right there next to your stand I'd rather be further away anyway. And to be honest, I really don't care to sit on a 100 acre field and watch deer feed on the other side. I'd rather be in the woods. Get in that woods and come from the other side in the AM and wait for the right wind at night. Why are you so tied up in this spot. It's not where I'd be at all. An old shed found by a spot months before the season isn't exactly what I'm looking for and is probably a disaster waiting to happen if you plan your hunting around it.

its not a road its railroad tracks that seperate me from some other good lookin woods with alot of sign. The highway is clear on the other side of the field to the north. normally i would agreeith u davidmill but i watch deer in the corner all the time and this is my only shot in hunting these deer because me or noone else can get permission to hunt that woods
