do you shoot 30 minutes strait? your arm could possiably gettin tired.. shoot 5 arrows an take a break. go back an shoot5 more... is your draw poundage to much for you?. tryin to pull back to much an makin your self tired quickly? could cause your unsteadyness

Sounds to me youre practicing too much on a bow that is not setup properly for you. Drop the draw weight a bit, resight, and see how that works, if you still shake drop the poundage a little more. Once you get used to the weight youre pulling you can slowly increase your poundage a couple pounds at a time. If youre a beginner shooter, and youve never shot a bow before and are trying to shoot a 60# draw weight, I will advise you to drop that weight to about 50# untill you get used to handling the bow and drawing that weight. Im sure many here will agree.

remember to breath. breath in when you pull, and always breath out when you release, even if your shaking. as others said lower your practice weight and time try 15 min twice a day. get close. 10 yrds seems really close but you will see a tighter pattern then 15 and 20. do this at each practice and shooting 10yrds will give you the mental ability to shoot better at 20 yrds. do you shoot a release if not i would. if so do you shoot a staight hand with your palm down or a relaese that has your palm facing your body??? i ask because you might want to try a diff. position with your hand. you might be out of your comfort zone. i hope this helps. pm me with your results if you would. good luck shooting , and always remember to have fun if you push to the point of anger, you will not get better

My first guesses without seeing you shoot would be too long of a draw length, probably the most common cause. And wrong grip and poor form. Possibly all three since too long of a draw tends to cause the other two.
Might be target panic of some sort as well.
If you can post a few pictures of you at full draw. Pictures are not as good as actually seeing you shoot, but we would see something obvious like too long of a draw or really bad grip and form.

Oh, quit drinking pop/soda
