RE: shaking when shooting my bow
remember to breath. breath in when you pull,and always breath out when you release, even if your shaking. as others said lower your practice weight and time try 15 min twice a day. get close. 10 yrds seems really close but you will see a tighter pattern then 15 and 20. do this at each practice and shooting 10yrds will give you the mental ability to shoot better at 20 yrds. do you shoot a release if not i would. if so do you shoot a staight hand with your palm down or a relaese that has your palm facing your body??? i ask because you might want to try a diff. position with your hand. you might be out of your comfort zone. i hope this helps. pm me with your results if you would. good luck shooting , and always remember to have fun if you push to the point of anger, you will not get better
