my groups before i get my truball were very inconsistant and i think your shooting to long try building your arm up by shooting 5min then 10mins. it helps

Hi I am 15 and I have a reflex highlander bow and i usally practice bout 30 minutes a day, but when i shoot i shake alot, and i do not take my time which i can not sight in my bow, because of inconsistant arrow grouping, do any of yall have any tips to help me?
