Why on earth do you insist on mechanicals, anyway?

Well, for a few reasons. I'm NOT using them to cover up a tuning issue, btw.....Show me a fixed blade head (3 blade) w/ a 2" cutting diameter. For turkeys, I want as big a hole as I can get. I've used fixed heads, and they are great. Using mech's don't make me a bad guy ya know...Or even a bad hunter.

I know when I bought my blind there was a warning not to use mechanicals with mesh, has that changed or are you just searching.

Mechanicals work PERFECTLY fine, IF you have a retention ring (or rubber band) and they don't have the big "L" arms or "fingers" sticking out that are used to deploy the blades. An example of a "good" mechanical to use would be the Rocket Wolverine. It simply zips right through, not an issue in the least. An example of a "bad" mechanical would be the Rocket Hammerhead or Aftershock...Those fingers will catch on the net and cause problems.
