Well lets start by saying its a tradition for one, two is im providing for the family, three the white tail deer all in all is the most how can i say it smartest animal on earth. To out smart and animal of this magnatude is incredable............... what else thrill of the hunt.

P.S im also tired of being called a cheater with my crossbow and picked up a pse bruin compound im really hoping to harvest a few deer with it and if not ill pull out old faithfull barnett...............

As others stated, all of the above plus love the challenge.
99 jeep, Nothing wrong with using a crossbow. I imagine you'll love bowhunting but don't let anyone make you feel bad about using a crossbow.
