Default Kinetic energy

guys i feel dumb for asking but what is the equation for figuring out kinetic energy, i shoot a vectrix at 28" 67* 387 grain arrow(give or take a grain or two) @ 287 fps, i was just curious what kind a kinetic energy im producing?

Not an expert but I think thats almost 70 KE may be wrong your best bet is on google

Formula for kinetic energy...... Take your total arrow weight in grains and divide it by 450435. Then Multiply that by the speed of your bow squared.

Example: 387 grains/ 450435X 287fpsX 287fps= 70.7689 ft. lb. of KE
