Default Kinetic Energy

Found an old chrono in the house yesterday and got it set up yesterday when i was shooting my bow. Anyway im shooting at 278 ft/s. I used the KE caclulators online and found im pumpin out 62.4 ft-lbs of KE. Just curious to know what KE everyone else here is shooting.

Upper 70's but I can't remember the number...I'll do a check and edit this.

Hey all,
There is a great article in Peterson's Bowhunting magazine this month about Kinetic Energy. Check it out if you get a chance. I do not know what my KE.

Rob/PA just curious what your equipment specs are to get such high KE. You should be able to kill just bout anything w/ that force

I'm shooting a Tribute set at 70# w/ 28 1/2" draw at 288fps. w/ a 390gr. arrow which comes out to 71flbs. of k.e.

I am shooting a BowTech Allegaince at 70lb and 28.5" draw with a 385gr arrow and I getting speed of 299fps and 76.45 flbs of KE
