Hoyt Pro Tec?
#1
A buddy of mine has a 2005 Hoyt Pro Tec for sale. It is 38" long and pulls 60 lbs. @ 29". Shoots fairly well. Will take low $300's for the stripped bow - but also has it equipped with a Spot Hog Spot-it, Trophy Ridge Fall Away, STS string silencer, and a Fuse Quiver. He wants $200 more for the bow with the accessories. Does this sound like a decent price? Thanks. Roskoe

If it's in good condition, it's a terrific bow at a terrific price. If you don't want it, PM your friend's and I'll take it.
Des it have spiral cams oris itcam1/2? Spirals are a little harder to get used to, imo.

BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT,oh yea,did I say to buy it.[8D]
That model Protec is by far the best shooting non elite sries bow Hoythad produced up to that point.I don't know how the new 38 series bows can possibly be better.
I had one in silver flame and absolutely loved the bow.I just lost my fire and desire to shoot, along with time so I sold it.[:'(]

Thanks guys. I thought it was a pretty good deal - not that I needed another bow, but my older Hoyt can now become the designated backup bow. Not sure which cams it has - the top and bottom cams look the same to me if that helps. Thx. Roskoe
