Default Squirrles and sheds?

Well i was wondering how long sheds can sit before they will be devoured by little animals and such? I havent been able to go here yet because of 10 inches of snow.

We have a ton of squirrels in most of my areas and sheds don't last long before the tree rats destroy 'em. I hate the bushy tailed shed eatin' scoundrels! A couple of squirrels seem to make pretty quick work of the biggest sheds once they find 'em.

hello fellow wisconsin hunter. I hunt in Price Co. and my cousin who I hunt with found a nice 10 pt. shed the thursday before opening day of gun 06. It was in perfect condition aside from the moss/mold on it, which told me it was from the 05 season. strage hey?

Squirrel, porcupines and yotes will chew the heck out of em. I like to find them right away also so they are nice and brown. They bleach aweful fast if they are out in the sun too long.
