Man, those are some good pics. The first pic looks nasty but it really isn't that dangerous of a shot, it doesn't appear that there was any muscle damange. The only thing to worry about with a wound like that is infection but she looks great. I have seen wounds on deer that don't look nearly that bad that have cause MUCH more damage, one buck that a buddy of mine shot had been stabbed by another buck while fighting and it had caused an infection which created a pocket of green puss under the hide, that was pretty disgusting to see when he was skinning the buck out.

just a scratch, as said above no muscle damage so, especialy with cold weather, will heal fine. looks ugly but is just gaping a bit. by that line in the hair though he came close to unziping her whole neck.
