calling, rattling, and scents for secondary rut?
I figure the 1st rut was about 28 days agot here in Mass so I figure the Bucks must be fairly well rested and heading into the secondary rut around now.
Should I use calls scents and rattles?

I wouldn't rattle. Rattling won't produce anything I don't believe because most of the bucks have already determined their pecking order by now. You're going to be looking for the buck that just finished breeding 1 doe and looking for the next. I would use doe bleat calls and doe esterous scents.
