I say just hang one and the rest will quit.Our court are not on the right track.There is no excuse for stealing and that is what poaching is.I hate thiefs liers and litterbugs there is no way to protect yourself from them.

Yea, seen this in our local paper. Poachers burn me up![:@]
Everything you see in that picture was confiscated by the Ohio DNR. One item that still strikes me as weird is a bloody baseball bat. The picture that was in our paper had a ODNR officer holding the bat.
What kind of sick crap were these idiots doing with a bat?
They definitely got off way too easy.

This is not far from whereI live, and I here about it on here first? Must be staying in to much! The fines should hurt a little I would hope. If I had to come up with 5 to 10 grand, that would hurt a little. What needs to be done here is more jail time. The revoking hunting rights is a total joke since some of them were hunting without a license and tag. Looks like they will be in the woods next year!

Well the suspended sentence and fines means that if they are caught again they will face the old sentences and any new ones. I'm not sure why second chances are given but they have a blade hanging over their heads now. Kind of a two strikes your out approach. Seized mounts are usually used in hunter education classes and other departmental displays.

That punishment was a joke,I think that judge should go to jail with them for their 60 days. They should have confiscated everything they owned that could be used for hunting, including their trucks. Then put them on a chain gang and let them work their fines off at about 50 cents per hour.
