37 yards is the farthest I've ever shot deer. If all the conditions were right, I would feel comfortable taking a longer shot.

I voted 35 yards.
I practice up to 40 yards.Of all the deer I've killed, the farthest has been about 25 yards with anaveragedistance per kill of about 15 yards. I would shoot up to 40 yards if the conditions were perfect.

....just that I have my pins that way.
My bow is so fast that I can shoot one pin out to 250 yards so it really makes things convenient.

I would shoot to 60 and maybe a little over if needed. A 60 yard shot is at times hard to come by with no cover in the desert..... I keep em about 20-30 when hunting in the forest.
