Default Treestand Info-summit?

Hye everyone, I'm going again for bears this year and the spot is deeper in the woods and hard to get my ladder stands in. I've always used ladder stands mostly because i not a bif fan of hieghts! usally big game 15 footers, But i really want a climber, never used one before, looking for some advice. Summit viper ss is definatley at the top of my list. Are they sturdy, easy to use, Any extra percautions i need to take? thanx!

I have the summit goliath, just a bigger version of the viper. they are the sturdyist climber i have owned and are east to set up, take down and are very comfy. A friend of mine just purchased the lonewolf climber and likes it also. it is lighter and acording to him is quieter when climbing but it is pretty pricy$$ in my opinion you cant go wrong with the summit line up. good luck on the bear

I have the goliath also. Too darn heavy or I'm too darn old. This version does get heavy on long treks and is a pain to pack up in the dark but it is rock steady and comfortable.

The Viper is a very sturdy, easy to use, quiet and comfortable treestand. Quick to set up, simple to ascend and descend......An excellent choice.
