Default european mount

My 06 deer has been rotting away nicely since Oct. I didn't have another spot for a mount, and this one didn't quite earn the right to kick someone off the wall. I just took it to the carwash and cleaned the bejesus out of it. What do I do next? Soak it in peroxide or bleach? What concentration? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!
