RE: Ted's New Episode Madness

Everyone that has posted in this thread are hunters that have killed or seen a kill. Some of them found the show distasteful. Imagine what some of the majority of public think of the show...people that have never hunted and never seen an animal killed. They are the majority of voters that vote on ourrights to huntas well as sign the antis petitions. Take a guess what most of them think and will vote for if actual hunters found the show extreme.

And as for Ted being 'voted' into a position in the NRA...LMAO...can you say CHA- CHING. I would imagine a large donation was involved with him being 'voted' into anything.

I do not want Ted representing me.

Nice plate Davidmil...Thank you.

Germ, my comment about "some people shouldn't hunt" was not directed at you. I am surprised you thought so. I respect you as a hunter and would be glad to share a hunt camp with you. You are an accomplished hunter in my eyes.

I don't know what to think about this. Isn't it customary in our Western European culture to kill an animal before we start to eat it?

I don't see any profit for us in allowing people to believe that meat grows on a bush somewhere already wrapped in little shrink wrap packages.Should we keep on with this "sensitivity" approach to the feelings of people who want to believe that no animals are harmed in the production of meat? If we do, I believe we are creating an environmentin whichthose "sensitive" folks are going to decide that what we do, that is hunt, is just too cruel to allow us to continue.

thanks yeah, Nugent rules the hunting community. I'm a member of his board, probly going to be a modrator soon because Nugent is so impressed that him and me think so much a like. We have been watching this thread and agree the Americans here are been pussified and probly not real hunters like we are.

I think the anti's and the people in the middle will think the same thing they do when they see the kill photos we so proudly make as our avitars and post on this forum. Were hunter's, there is a point were we need to stop trying to please everyone. That is the reason our country is in the shape it's in.
Excellent post Springcaller. Fact is though, the people in the middle don't look at this site, watch hunting shows, or watch Teds realty show. You know why? Because they don't care and it doesn't interest them. Just likeI don't know what happened last week on Gardening with Becca. Maybe she killed a snake with her garden hoe and threw it in her D&R power chipper. Don't know and don't care.

I couldn't agree any more. I'm more psyched than ever to push for Uncle Ted. I respect him as an individual, and he has done more to advocate our rights as hunters more than anyone.

I'm in agreement that as Americans we are becoming way too soft. The problem is that we think a lot of the material out there has way too much gore, blood, guts. I think that as hunters we should be able to defend our rights, and I don't think anybody fights for our rights more than Uncle Ted. I couldn't disagree more that Ted bought his way into his seat at the NRA. I firmly FIRMLY believe that he has done so much for our sport, for our rights that he SHOULD hold that post. I couldn't be happier that we have a guy like him out there defending our rights as sportsmen. I'm all for Uncle Ted and his cause to show sportsmen the cold hard reality. There's nothing wrong with what we're doing. There's absolutely nothing wrong with what he's doing. In my eyes he's the guy that I look up to.

Tim
