Default How many grains per pound, and what is your speed?

For your HUNTING setups, how many grains per pound do you guys prefer? And what speed does this get you?

Note - I'm asking for grains per pound, not grains per inch.... Thanks.

I prefer a heavy arrow--9-11gr/lb of draw weight. As for speed,it doesn't really matter to me

WA state requires no less than 6gpp.

It pretty much eliminates using some of the lighter carbon arrows with anything less than 125 gr broadheads.

I shoot at about 5.9 gr/lb and get 252 fps for my hunting set up.

6.3 gr/lb. w/ the set ups below. Both at 272fps.
Lots of kinetic energy.
