Urine is urine is urine. About a half hour after expelling it, most of the characteristicscent is gone leaving only a strongammonia smell.

I have peed from my stand, any time I have had to go. Have notto date had a deer spookbecause of my urination.

As a young lad, I once "went" on a fresh scrape. I do not believe that that human urine attracts deer, but that scrape was torn up the next morninglikeno tommorrow.

Since then I do not refrain from peeing on a fresh scrape. Unless the scrapeline has beenleft cold, the attending buck will come in to remove the contaminated soil.

A long time hunting partner who dieda couple of years ago used to use household ammonia on scent wicks during the rut. $1.29 aquart worked as well as $10 a one ounce bottle of doe in heat!!

Things that make you GO hmmmmmm...[:-][:-][:-]

You can buy racoon piss, bobcat piss, doe piss, buck piss, and we're to believe deer can't smell human piss. Hmm.

Sixth time I saw him before he presented a good shot... Once he walked right under my stand; I couldn't see my pins, and never felt comfortable with the shot angle, but still could see well enough to know he never spooked that time, either... and I'd peed from my stand earlier that evening. I do all the time.

You don't have public-land whitetails stay in the area if peeing from a stand bothers them. There's just too many studies proving otherwise, and I know for a fact that it doesn't.
