Personally I would not shoot him for another year or two. Preferably two. However, my first buck wasn't that big. So I would be stupid to tell you not to shoot it.

No, 2-2 1/2 at most,135 lbs maybe.H will be good next year or next for sure.

I'd say with 90 percent that is a 1 1/2 year old and depends on whats in my freezer at the time. I mainly meat hunt.

If it was my first buck, I gurantee I would have shot him. Along with 99% of the people here. Now that I have shot a lot of bucks, no. Its all up to you. But if I were in your shoes, I'd be playing some string music.
