If you are telling the truth (I'm sure you are ) then you need to state the name of this processor so the rest of us won't use him. There is nothing he can do because you are not slandering him but merely stating the truth. I think you owe your fellow deer hunters the wisdom of your experience.

My hunting partner and I had a similar problem. However, the deer was lost. The folks that worked there kept playing my partner since he was the one that took the deer in. When he finally demanded to talk to the Owner the owner asked him if it would be all right if he substituted a different deer for his deer or he offered a refund. My buddy took the deer but never took another deer back there.
