Good post I bow hunted Pa..ohio,w.v. md.and illinios gun hunts include wy. deer and antalope,montana elk and deer both bow and gun ,Idaho elk and deer ,wis. deer,and ont. bear,and alaska moose carabou and black bear. THANKS for reminding me how lucky I have been for a poor working stiff to have hunted so many places.It goes to show you don't need a lot of money just good planing and a understanding WIFE.

I lived in Noble county, OK for 11 years, cut my bowhunting teeth there, had a real sweet quarter section to hunt. I'm from WI, live there now, and have hunted in about 15 counties in WI. I've probably hunted more in Sawyer Co. than any other.

SC - turkey - shotgun
CA - hog - bow
WI - deer - bow
ID - elk, deer, turkey - bow, blackpowder shotgun
AK - elk, deer, moose, brown bear, black bear, mountain goat, caribou, reindeer, Dall's sheep - flintlock, percussion, bow

MOeer (bow and opening weekendwith rifle) and to tide me over until next bowseason-turkey (shotgun) and dove hunting.

Co- Mule deer, Bear
Nm- Elk, Mule deer
Tx- Whitetail, Hogs, Turkey
Mt- Elk, Ant, Mule Deer, Sheep
Ks- Whitetail, Turkey, Pheas
Wa- Elk, Blacktail
Ca- Blacktail
Or- Elk
B.C. Canada- Blacktail, Elk, Stone sheep, Goats, Bear griz and black, Mule deer, Whitetail, Cats
Alberta- Whitetail
Now Looking for a place in NC. Any sugestions? Just moved out here new job.
