I've bowhunted only in: PA, NE, MD, WV, IL, WY.........its amazing how many states I can suck at killing a big buck in![:-]
Funny thing is I lived in MT for a while and didn't hunt at all......too consumed with fly fishing. There's a genius move.

Hawaii I was fortunate. I was stationed there for 14 months. We went to the big island every 6 months as it was the only place they'd let us shoot our main guns and 50 calibers. We usually went for several weeks and got some time off. The training area was at 6500 feet and loaded with sheep, goats, pigs and few wild turkeys. I usually hunted with my 45 or M14. However, I did get to call in a bomb run with 250 pounders on a herd of goats once. I'd go out and whack a nice sheep or two for the troops to BBQ on a weekend off on the beach. Season???? Ahhhh.... we hunted when we could.[&:]
