Default Feathers through a whisker bisquit

Im considering switching from vanes to feathers hoping i'll get better arrows stability and was wondering how hard a bisquit would be on them.
Another question I have is how hard is it to fletch feathers vs. vanes? And I am wondering what a good fletching jig would be.

I know thats a lot of questions, but I know I'll get reliable answers on here. Hope you can help me and everyone have a Merry Christmas.

1. It's pretty hard on the feathers, I would use blazers.
2. never done it, but I would say there isn't much difference
3. ask ducsauce, he just bought one not too long ago

I don't know about feathers but I have shot vanes through my WB for years with no problems at all. For the last 2 years I have shot 2" Blazers and absolutely love them.

I have had absolutely no problems with feathers through my WB. I found that over time my vanes were becoming warped going through the WB. If the feathers give me any problems I'll next try Blasers.
The Bitsenberger is a great fletcher. There are plenty of posts regarding fletching techniques. Most of your consideration needs to be in making sure the shaft is clean and what type of glue to use.

The WB tears feathers up. A new rest is on the market that rivals the WB...same principle, but better. The New Archery Products 360 Capture.....Check that one out, it won't hurt your feathers in the least.

Wow lots of replys already. I should have made it more clear I already have the whisker bisquit and I'm not really wanting to put a whole lot more money towards archery stuff this year.
already bought a bow, dozen arrows, and a couple of new calls. I guess January 1st isn't too far away though

It seems this might just have to be something I have to experiment with im getting posts that say the exact opposite lol

mobowhuntr I just looked up that rest on cabelas and it looks awsome. Im fighting the urge to order one lol
Im wondering though how well it would work for a finger shooter. And would it be hard on arrow shafts? An bigtbird that jig looked nice but pricey I definantly have some more archery stuff on my wish list now
