"Hunter" or "Whitetail Wounder" Minted Last Night
#21
I know some will wince when I say this, but if the competancy test were in place this clown would be doing one of two things, sitting at home where he belongs or practicing, instead we have an idiot out there that at best will wound deer, or even worse he will luck into a clean kill and decide "Oh this is easy" and wound 20 more.

Funny that this came up, but I was at my local pro shop talking to the owner showing him the pics of the buck I shot. Anyway I asked him if he had seen any really big ones come in(the shop is also a check station). He said that one guy had checked in a buck that would go high 140's. He said the circumstances were pure luck...you see, the "bowhunter" (I use that term VERY LOOSELY) came in the day before season opened and bought his broadheads. Opening day he shot the buck in the neck (he was supposedly aiming for the vitals)He promptly lost the blood and gave up the search. The next day while walking around "hunting", he stumbled upon the buck. Very lucky. Sometimes it is better to be lucky than good.
