What's even better here in Oklahoma, you can kill 2 archery bucks, but if you wanted you could bowhunt during the rifle or muzzleloader season and fill one of those tags with the bow. 3 bucks total for the year, though.

Yes, bow season does close during rifle season however you can still use your bow to hunt with, you just have to wear hunter orange and use your rifle tags. Rifle season is "any legal method". This means you can use a rifle, muzzle loader, shotgun, crossbow, compound bow, long bow, etc. I took a nice 10 pointer last sunday with my bow on opening weekend of rifle season.
