Here in Missouri, rifle season falls on the rut and bow season closes. ITS NO FAIR!
Yes, bow season does close during rifle season however you can still use your bow to hunt with, you just have to wear hunter orange and use your rifle tags. Rifle season is "any legal method". This means you can use a rifle, muzzle loader, shotgun, crossbow, compound bow, long bow, etc. I took a nice 10 pointer last sunday with my bow on opening weekend of rifle season.
The question is are you ready to go Bow Only?
