I found a fresh ground scrape 15 yrds from my stand about 3ft round and NO dry dirt so it was deffinatly with in an hour of my arrival because it was in the sun, my luck I spooked him going in It is so thick in there it's next to imposable to get in there with out making noise, so I sprayed the bush next to it with buck urine and poured some on the scrape then grunted periodicly hoping he'd come back but no such luck I just hope by putting buck lure on the scrape it doesnt spook him out of there , the only reason I say that is I hit a different spot today becasue the wind wasnt in my favor for that spot but I hadn't been to thit spot in a week or so and used a drag rag when I went in and there last week and there was fresh scrapes and droppings everywhere but when I went in today I didnt see NATA and absolutly NO sign of any deer having been there sice I was there last??? so unless someone went in there with out using scent control the only thing I can think of is the drag rag scent I used spooked them because I have seen a minimum of 4 everytime I have been there and one day I saw 9 by 8:45 am and shot one so I am kinda puzzled by that, I have only used scent a couple times last year and saw nothing and tried a couple different brands this year and the only one I had any luck with was tinks 69 it brought in a small buck but spooked 5 does comming at me 3 weeks ago other than that I have alwasy gone scent free
any ideas anyone
Thanks

Yeah, switch to freshly collected deer urine from a deer farm and soak it on a unscented tampon for best results. We get ours from www.southernwhitetailscents.com
